Okay revamped design of [link]
So yes, he deserves a revamp and a proper bio.
So /cracks knuckles/ Here we gooo

Represents : East Roman Empire (Called Byzantine Empire during modern times)

About:

One of the most powerful powers in the Mediterranean, is the Eastern Roman Empire. A direct successor of the Great Roman Empire. He considers himself as a Roman, however, others considered him as Greek since as the Empire grew and developed, it grew more inclined towards Greek culture, eventually adopting it's language as well while still keeping Latin as the official language.
He keeps a stern-looking demeanor most of the time. He also seems to be quite proud of his military, which is quite identical to Rome's armies. Aside from those, he's quite good at military tactics. He's also good at negotiations and deals, like in instances he allied himself with other states to protect his territory from a common enemy.
He's also quite religious and has a fondness for the color purple. Since, purple is considered the color of royalty, he was also very loyal towards his bosses (Emperors and empresses). He also seems to be a bit of a pyromaniac due to the invention of Greek fire, which won them a lot of naval battles.
He also has an artistic side. He enjoys creating mosaics, painting and writing poetry.
Out of all the nations under his rule, his most favorite was Greece.

Being the Byzantophile I am I can not restrain myself in commenting on this.

The Byzantines in their early years after the Roman Empire, were quiet stable, stable enough in fact to a hundred or so years later take back Rome and all of Italy, as well as part of Southern Spain.

But this is of course Justinian's doing.

After he died, you could say that they declined... hard, tough times were abound dealing with the rise of Islam and the Zoroastrian Persians which would eventually convert to Islam, and still being Persians put a bad taste in the Byzantines mouth.

However to say that the Byzantines were loyal to their boss is a very iffy statement when you get into the second millenium AD (1000-1999) considering that civil war seemed to be the national pass time.

On a more positive note outside constructive criticism, Your Byzantium is quiet accurate in design and I'd say personality as well, all though he was a staunch traditionalist which was inevitably his down fall, however it should be noted that his military did adapt with the times, and started to lean away from Roman Military regime near the end of the Empires time.

However I will now end my rant on this sadly dead empire and will say that it is still a wonderfully awesome look for him, and still matches how I'd picture him visually, so from me two thumbs up!
